It is not less then a nightmare for us if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, and, we are committed to deliver. Our customer friendly policy stated below is just another measure of enhancing your shopping experience.
Terms for Return and Exchange:
We offer free exchange or refund for your order, in case you want to return the product shipped to you. You can raise request for such return with our customer support and return the product in the original condition. As soon as we receive the product, we will inform you and then, we can do either of the following as per your convenience: 1. Refund the full amount paid within 7 business days to your account (if prepaid) or 14 business days (if paid by cash). 2. If you want to purchase some other product, we can issue you a shopping voucher within 3 business days and you can continue shopping with us. (Optional) Please make a video of the package while opening it so that we can check our logistics performance. 3. Due to hygiene issues, no returns or exchange are accepted for undergarments and socks.
For returns or exchange, you can either choose to get the product picked from your shipping address via our pickup partner within 2 days from applying for pickup with our customer support team. But, if you have an offline store of Global Republic or Stanmax near you, you can also choose to drop the product to our store after contacting our eCommerce support team. This will speed up the process.
We understand that you might not be able to check the product as soon as you get the delivery. So you can request return or exchange within 15 days from date of delivery of the product. Requests received after that shall not be applicable unless it's offered by the company in written.
